200 miles south of Paris you'll find 'La Bierge', a hamlet on the country. The authentic natural stone farmhouse, a so called 'maison de pierres creusoise' with barn is situated 9 miles from the tapestry town Aubusson (Limousin, Creuse), in the very middle of France.
This unspoilt region, the north-east part of the Dordogne, has fortunately not yet been discovered by the masses. Miles of green countryside, perfect for walking, cycling or just savouring the delights areas such as the breathtaking view over the Puy de Dôme. Lots of lakes abounding in fish just 'round the corner'!
The view of the sloping meadows and cornfields is wide. You'll have access to 1,5 hectares of private terrain with meadow, wood, lots of apple trees and a walnut tree.
This separate cottage, situated on 550 mtr. has all kinds of comforts, is suitable for 6 persons maximum and makes an attractive retreat from which to tour the beautiful surrounding countryside.
